Corrected values previously overwritten by a stale hardcoded fallback that ran after the live ABS ingest each week.
A data audit on 2026-08-24 found that `manual_ingest.ts` carried a hardcoded fallback block for this metric covering 2024-01 to 2025-10, and that this script ran *after* the automated ABS SDMX ingest in the weekly pipeline — so the hardcoded (and increasingly stale) values silently overwrote the correct, live ABS figures every week. The fallback block has been removed; the metric now reflects ABS Building Activity (Cat. 8752.0) directly, refreshed automatically each week.
