Removed a second, incompatible data source that had been silently alternating with the correct series since 2024.
A data audit on 2026-08-24 found this metric was fed by two different measures on an interleaved quarterly grid: RBA Table E1 (mean dwelling price, automated, Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec quarters) and a hardcoded `manual_ingest.ts` block citing ABS Cat. 6416.0 (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct quarters). Because the two used different calendar quarters they never collided on the same date and both persisted, producing a ±5-8% sawtooth in the chart that was a pure artefact of alternating sources rather than real price movement. The hardcoded block has been removed from the ingest pipeline; a follow-up database cleanup to remove the historical Cat. 6416.0 rows is still pending as of this correction.
