   Identified orphaned rows from a data source removed in April 2026 that were still interleaved with the correct series.

   A data audit on 2026-08-24 found 37 observations from a source ("RBA Table E2 — Household Finances") whose ingest code was actually removed back on 2026-04-10 (commit 0466536), landing on a Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct grid that does not match RBA Table E2's real Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec release quarters. These are stale leftovers, not currently being rewritten by any active script. A database cleanup to remove these orphaned rows is still pending as of this correction; the correct automated series (RBA Table E2 — Household debt to annualised disposable income) is unaffected and continues to update normally.
